This 3 days event in a summary I can say that it was outstanding. About 1,000 gathered for the event (that was what the organizer told us). I saw all the seats were taken. Speakers for the event are as follows:

KEN SHIMIZU “The Storm” – Business Optimizer
All the above speakers are successful in their respective fields. For me, Ewen Chia is the most noticeable figure since I have been following him for quite some times.
As for this review, I will not touch each of the speakers’ presentation content but what I have learned from their presentation. It is much more meaningful for me to share.
What do they spoke in common?
- Doing business online is just like any other business. You need to put in your effort as hard as when you are doing business offline.
- Their journey to success is not easy as what we thought and see today. All of them faced some bad experiences, being scams, losing money on internet and only see results after few months or not years later.
- Every one of them talked about one thing – YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION. Nothing gets done without action on your part. You can have fantastic and great program but if you don’t take action, the money will not come.
- You need a coach, some one that can guide you toward your internet business success.
What do I learn from all their presentations?
To simplify my finding, below is the diagram that shows you what internet business, online business, internet marketing is all about.
Every business must have items to sell. It can be your own or other people product which the latter can be sold via an affiliate program.
In term of promoting the products, there are multiple ways to do it as the diagram shown. You can sell it by:
- Sending email to your prospects. In your email, you provide links to the products
- Create a blog and direct your prospect to read the product review at your blog
- Create a website specifically design with information of your products
- Participate in social networks site such as twitter, facebook and myspace. During your interaction with your friends, recommend them to buy your products.
- Write an article about your products and then submit it to article directories such ezine articles.
- Participate in the forum related to your products.
Another way that you can sell and promote your products is using eBay. But the most common methods are mentioned above.
The differences between the speakers are their approach and tools that they use to promote these products.
Some prefer using emails, some prefer to create a website, and then make it rank high in Google to get traffic, another prefer to use social media or networks and lastly, there is one guy just want to use eBay.
It is quite difficult to single out which method is most effective. Reason being, all of them are successful in their respective field and regardless what is the method they use, it is proven working.
At the end of the day, we need to choose which method that we prefer and comfortable with. Like myself, I like writing and the choice is obvious that I should focus on writing an article for my marketing strategy.
But I do not limit myself to just articles writing. More options that we use the better. That is why recently I listed ReadnDownload on Twitter. At the end of the day, all of us internet marketer or online business want is to make money by selling the products. As long it is working, we should be fine regardless of what method we choose.
